Products have a warranty for any broken parts for a period of 12 months by the manufacturer (ICAVALOS). This warranty covers the replacement of either the entire halter or just the section of the halter that has broken. This will be determined by the manufacturer (Icavalos) at their discretion.
Any CUSTOM MADE item/product cannot be returned or exchanged due to the nature of it being personalized to you.
Any person claiming under this guarantee should return the product, with proof of purchase, to the retailer at which it was purchased, quoting a brief description of the nature of the fault.
Any product or defective part which has been replaced by the company shall become the property of the company. The guarantee does not affect any Statutory Rights of the consumer.
REPLACEMENT PARTS IN THE EVENT OF THE HALTER BREAKING DUE TO PRESSURE
- In the event of an incident where pressure is applied to the halter with enough force for the halter to “break” at the “breakaway” section of the halter, Icavalos will replace either the entire halter OR just the section of the halter that has “broken”.
- Replacement shall be at the manufacturer’s (Icavalos) discretion.

CLEANING
MILD DISH SOAP AND WATER
A solution of warm water and mild dish soap can effectively clean many types of stains on PVC. Use a soft cloth or sponge to gently scrub the area.
VINEGAR AND BAKING SODA
Create a paste using vinegar and baking soda. Apply the paste to the stained area and let it sit for a few minutes before scrubbing with a soft brush or cloth.
MAGIC ERASERS
These can be very effective for removing tough stains from PVC. Be sure to test on a small, inconspicuous area first to ensure it doesn't damage the surface.
COMMERCIAL PVC CLEANERS
Products specifically designed for cleaning PVC, are formulated to safely and effectively remove stains and restore the original appearance of the PVC.
